If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt, and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.
Returns will not be accepted on used or abused products. Eligible domestic returns within the 30-day guarantee period may be returned for a full credit of purchase price, less return freight and/or restocking fees, which varies by product category. Please review carefully.

Packages without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for refund. Our return policy mandates that return package tracking information must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org before credit can be issued.
